30-Day Policy: You have thirty (30) days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange

Note on our Products: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for products that have been heavily used, opened, or tampered with, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product or any other item arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong product: Contact us immediately at contact@ceyura.com Provide your order number and attach a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging.
We will evaluate the issue right away and arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund.

Please note: Unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Refunds Processing

Approval & Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
