Please read the conditions below carefully to understand the details regarding shipping zones, processing times, and tracking policies for our shop.
We primarily ship our products within North America (Canada and the United States) as well as internationally. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.
Canada (National & Local): Standard or express shipping available (rates calculated at checkout). Free shipping on orders over $39.99
United States: Shipping available to all states. Free shipping on orders over $ $29.99
International: Rates calculated in real-time at checkout based on the destination country.
All orders placed on the Ceyura store are subject to strict monitoring:
Processing time: Orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are generally processed the next business day.
Once the package is shipped by our supplier or fulfillment center, delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Standard Shipping (North America): 3 to 7 business days.
Express Shipping (North America): 1 to 3 business days.
International Shipping: 7 to 21 business days (depending on local customs procedures).
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers (Canada Post, FedEx, USPS, etc.) and may be extended during peak periods (holidays, product launches) or due to force majeure.
As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number will automatically be sent to you. You can use this number directly on the carrier's website to track the progress of your Ceyura skincare products in real-time.
(Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking information in their system).
Canada and United States: No additional customs duties apply for domestic orders within these respective zones.
International: International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties levied by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address entered when validating the cart on our Shopify store. Ceyura cannot be held responsible for lost packages if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or because it went unclaimed at the post office, reshipping fees may apply to the customer for a second shipment.
We ensure rigorous protection for our bottles. If your product happens to arrive damaged during transport:
Immediately take a clear photo of the damaged product and its packaging.
Contact our customer service team by email within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number.
